Essere Casa™ System Space as the foundation of sustainable living
AS A
Essere Casa is a living space design system where the interior is understood as a coherent environment that shapes thinking, emotional state, and human behaviour.
We work with the home as a living system: its rhythm, perception, everyday scenarios, and its capacity to support inner balance and continuity. Space becomes an instrument that reduces visual and emotional overload, supports restoration and focus, and aligns daily life with personal values.
Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how environment influences mental states, decision-making, and life patterns.
For me, design is a tool for shaping quality of life through space.
My professional experience in interior design spans over 20 years. I have studied and advanced my qualifications in Russia and Europe, including IE University (Madrid) and Central Saint Martins (London). This background allows me to combine an international perspective with deep, individual work tailored to each client.
Essere Casa — “To Be Home”Essere Casa is an author’s project by interior designer Ekaterina Safarian, focused on researching and creating residential spaces that support people, their inner state, and the processes of everyday life. In my work, I approach the interior as an integrated system capable of influencing thinking, emotions, and behaviour. This method has evolved at the intersection of professional design practice, conscious spatial design, and long-term study of the relationship between space and a person’s inner condition.
The Essere Casa Method is based on the principles of Human–Space Intelligence™ — a systemic understanding of the relationship between people and space. I work with the interior as a system where the focus lies not on isolated design choices, but on their relationships and long-term impact.

Space and Change
People come to me when:
a home appears harmonious, yet daily life feels increasingly demanding
the space no longer supports the rhythm of family life
visual and emotional fatigue accumulates over time
life changes call for a different spatial structure
there is a sense that the interior no longer functions as a cohesive system
When it becomes time to reconfigure the environment
